An awards ceremony is held on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010 at the Marine Reserve Support Center in Londonderry for Marine Corporal Michael W. Ouellette, who was posthumously awarded the Navy Cross by the Honorable Ray Mabus, Secretary of the Navy. Ouellette's mother, Donna Ouellette accepted the award on behalf of her son, who was 28 years-old when he killed in Afghanistan by an IED.
